Applications:

• Heavy duty operating for bucket elevators.

Advantages:

• Robust.
• Highly wear resistant.
• Easy to install and remove the buckets from the chain.

Installation:

• Bring bucket up to chain and align holes in welded flat steel flanges with appropriate chain link.
• Slide both flat and round steel pins through appropriate holes in the flat steel flanges, to attach bucket to chain.
• Safety-drive roll pins through flat and round steel pins to fully secure bucket to chain.

Welding instructions (sidewall to buckets):

• material of flat steel: carbon steel C45
• tack weld components
• cored wire electrode DIN 8559 SG B1M4 4255 prEN 758 T46 6 B M 2
