Head Sprockets

The individual exchangeable teeth are made from MnCr special steel - with a highly wear resistant hardened surface. Hub discs and counter plates are of welded design.

Bolts to strength class 8.8 ( BS1768 “Grade T” or SAE-J 429 d “Grade 5”), lock nuts V to DIN 980-8 (ISO 2358). Sprocket hubs are drilled to tolerance fit and keyed in pairs.
