With our RUD Center for Chain Knowledge (CCK), we are creating a platform for professional knowledge management that promotes the exchange of know-how and experience in our areas of expertise. This benefits our employees, our sales organisation as well as external partners and specialists. With the CCK, we are making targeted investments in the future – because knowledge is the key to sustainable success.
At the CCK, we bundle knowledge and make it tangible:

Imparting product knowledge, regular sales conferences and continuous skills development in all areas of the company. - Employee training & in-house training.

At the Center for Chain Knowledge, we combine scientific knowledge with practical experience. Our focus is on two central areas:
- Development fields in the area of materials
and other fundamental innovations and new application technologies. - Basic processes (core competences)
in the manufacture of our products: Bending, welding, forging, heat treatment, surface technology, machining and assembly.
Exchange at the highest level.
First-class quality is the result of co-operation. That is why we design our programme in cooperation with leading universities, research and educational institutions. State-of-the-art web conferencing systems enable us to exchange ideas with subsidiaries and partners worldwide.
A special highlight: our own RUD TV studio, from which we broadcast webinars on new products, digital solutions and best practices – so that our international trading structure is always up to date. There we produce our training and repair videos as well as interviews.
Partner of the IHK: Exams in an optimal environment.
Our CCK campus is an examination centre for the IHK Ostwürttemberg. We regularly make our bright, technically well-equipped training rooms available to the IHK Ostwürttemberg. This allows trainees from across the region to take their examinations in a peaceful, natural environment on Friedensinsel: ideal conditions for concentration and peak performance.

The CCK Campus is located in the heart of the green RUD Friedensinsel in the upper Kocher Valley on the Swabian Ostalb. The inspiring surroundings and excellent transport links (A7 motorway) create the perfect conditions for training courses, seminars and intensive knowledge exchange.
