We’re looking for you!!

For the start of training in 2026, we are looking for motivated trainees who would like to join our company family soon. In addition to exciting tasks, we offer you many extras and the opportunity to get off to a fantastic start with us!

Training in the RUD Group is carried out centrally at the headquarters in Unterkochen. The apprentices (m/f/d) of RUD Ketten Rieger & Dietz GmbH u. Co. KG complete their training together on the RUD Friedensinsel. In a specially equipped training workshop, our industrial trainees (m/f/d) learn all the skills they will later need in their day-to-day work. The commercial trainees (m/f/d) pass through the various departments and thus gain an insight into all processes.
