For us, excellent quality is not a goal, but a matter of course. That is why our aspirations go far beyond the usual standards. Whether in our processes, our products or our attitude: we scrutinise the status quo, perfect the tried and tested and develop something new for you.
Our quality has a system – and a history.
We successfully passed our first quality audit back in 1953. Back then, we were the first quality chain manufacturer to receive an H stamp – the H1 stamp. To this day, the DGUV confirms the safety, reliability and consistently high quality of our chain slings.
We are pioneers – also when it comes to quality management.
While others were still thinking about quality, we were already taking action. In the late 1980s, we were one of the first to lay the foundations for our quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001. Today, our certified QM system ensures on a daily basis that our products and processes not only fulfil the highest standards, but often redefine them.
But for us, quality does not end with standards. We have many industry and product-specific approvals, certifications and seals of approval from authorities, shipping classifiers, trade associations and inspection organisations. Because top quality is more than just a certificate – it’s a promise. One that we at RUD honour day after day.
