What is a tyre protection chain?
A tyre protection chain is a tight mesh of wear-resistant, forged bars that is mounted on the tyre to protect the tread and tyre sidewalls. The flexibility of the mesh allows the chain to adapt to the loaded tyre during loading or transport.
The chain's excellent self-cleaning properties prevent the net from clogging or blocking, thereby maximising traction and increasing wheel loader productivity. A wide range of tracks has been developed to meet the challenges of the diverse site conditions.
